Chief justice takes suo motu notice of illegal appointments in NAB

ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali while taking suomotu notice of illegal appointments in National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has issued notice to Attorney General (AG) and NAB Chairman Qamarul Zaman Chaudhry.

The case is likely to be fixed for hearing in the last week of August. While taking suomotu notice of illegal appointments in the NAB, the chief justice has issued directives for fixing the case and for its hearing soon.

Notices have been issued to AG and NAB chairman as case is likely to be fixed for hearing in the last week of August.
