Stress management during pandemic

There is nothing beyond life; before life we were not and after life we would not have the same life and the same circumstances. Everything solely is between before and after so nothing is minimal beyond that; therefore, life is so precious so matchless and more important than our recognition. Natural disasters are an essential part of our life, so they can be related to humans and also related to this universe, like earthquakes, tsunami, epidemic and pandemic diseases, massive floods and global warming.

We are facing a global pandemic viral disease which is abbreviated Covid-19 by the world health organization. Today everyone is fully aware about Covid-19 or coronavirus, so I am not discussing that viral disease rather I would like to share some rare and too important physical and mental activities during the period of that lethal disease. The mortality rate during the period of Covid-19 is also irrefutable but some issues, such as stress, depression, isolation and feeling of boredom, are more important than Covid-19.

Today the idling is much sufficient for computers and laptops, not for humans, so when a human sits idle the stress and feeling of boredom become their guests.

Actually stress is a temporary mental activity which is produced by our scattered pessimistic thoughts, when a person collects these scattered pessimistic thoughts suddenly stress occurs. Stress is always periodic and for a short time, so when you have become serious about your scattered thoughts then stress travels one period to another period and that way it has become a person’s routine. When stress becomes a person’s routine, then severe mental illness occurs on that stage.

Now the essential point for understanding is that the attack of pessimistic thoughts, pessimistic thoughts solely appears in mind when a person is not living in the present. They would look for the future while the future is dead light for them. At that mental stage a person can’t survive with normal mental flow and sooner or later becomes the victim of stress. There is no tomorrow and also no more yesterday, you have only present i.e now and here. When tomorrow does not appear as tomorrow, it will be your present. Consider that essential point about your life and live in just the present from today even now. Stress is more dangerous than Covid-19 as Covid-19 is just the virus and it can be be cured but stress is a permanent slow suicide and without a proper psychological consultation it does not repel.

Today mild stress is more common across the globe, but it has not crossed the limit of severe condition in humans. Now we are living in a pandemic situation and stress management is more important than our other precautions for Covid-19 because the basic precaution of Covid-19 is social distancing and utter isolation.

First of all, concentrate on your body because your body is the castle of your immunity, so replan your diet and include good food in it; use boiled eggs, various beans, milk cream and butter, fresh milk and all dairy products, red meats, fresh vegetables and fresh fruits. Your body is your very life; besides monitoring your emotions and mental activities, your sentimental core is the driver of your body, when you are happy your diet has become excellent. On the contrary when you’re sad, you forget about your hunger. So you can not separate your stomach from your emotions, therefore mental health is more important than your physical health. It is very important to care for mental health, during that pandemic situation if you are quarantined or locked in your house, very important to listen your favorite music or religious recitation, but it must have a rhythmic nature, because the rhythm is directly connected with our neurons, watch movies, read books and play android games like a chess, snooker and solitaire. It’s very important to regulate your emotional setups, concentrate on your marital relations.

If you have a family, spend much time with your children; avoid future problems and do not think about what will happen tomorrow; When tomorrow happens, you will be able to handle tomorrow’s problem. Do not tangle with your thoughts. It is very harmful for mental health, keep positivity active in your thoughts and be positive in every situation because negativity is no more when you squeeze that in the initial stage. Every problem is a problem when you have recognized that it is a problem.
