KARACHI: Security forces arrested Lyari gang-war leader ‘Mulla Zubair’ in an operation conducted at the city’s Maripur area, the police said on Sunday.
The suspect belonged to the Uzair Baloch group. Moreover, two more suspects were arrested by the Rangers from Nayabad and Mahmoodabad areas of Lyari were handed over to Lyari police.
One of the accused, Sajid, belongs to the infamous Rauf Nazim group allegedly and was wanted by the police in crimes of serious nature such as murders, extortion and police encounters.Police arrested another suspect in Nazimabad who used to rent cars and sold them afterwards.
