PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak has congratulated the members of the junior squash team on winning the world Junior Squash Championship.
In a message, the chief minister congratulated the team management and the coach on winning the title.
The chief minister said that he was pleased that Pakistan won back the title after a long wait and hoped that the team would continue to work hard in future.
“I hope such wins will restore the lost glory of Pakistan in sports,” he added.
The team members include Ashan Ayaz and Abbas Shaukat with Manager Qamar Zaman and Coach Amjad Khan.
