Rangers announced Rs5m head money for LeJ chief: Paramilitary force

KARACHI: A spokesman of the paramilitary force revealed that Rangers have announced a reward amount of Rs 5 million for chief of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi al-Alami Syed Safdar on Thursday (today).

The bounty has been set for any kind of information that could lead to the arrest of the chief of the banned outfit.

Syed Safdar, who is a fugitive, is the chief of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi al-Alami which has been accused of carrying out militant activities in Pakistan.

The paramilitary spokesman stated that Syed Safdar alias Yousuf Khorasani was the chief of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and his associates are terrorists. The information to the paramilitary force for the arrest of the outlaw and his accomplices will be awarded the head money.

For this, important information leading to the arrest of Safdar or his accomplices could be shared on the Rangers’ WhatsApp number or an email can also be written to the paramilitary force.

The Rangers’ spokesperson guaranteed that the name of the person who provided the information of the notorious outlaw, will be protected and kept confidential due to security reasons.
