Trump say 2 million illegal immigrants will be thrown out

PHOENIX: The Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump came down harsh on President Obama’s policy regarding immigrants in the US, and said there will be “no amnesty” for the undocumented migrants living in the United States and he would build a great wall across the southern border in Mexico to stop illegal immigration, maintaining that Mexico would pay for the wall.

More than 6,000 supporters were inside the Convention Centre to listen to Trump amid heavy security. People of all ages, especially senior citizens, were seen there. While talking to Daily Times, people opposed to Donald Trump said they were there to express their anger and register their protest against the hate speeches of Trump.

The scene was different outside the Trump procession venue, where some 80-100 people have gathered against Trump while carrying effigies and placards reading “Trump no more hate”. Even some elderly women and men were seen in the anti-Trump camp.

Speaking to a charged audience at the convention centre in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, hours after his visit to Mexico, Trump said once in the office, he would built the beautiful wall up the cost (US$10-15 billion) will be paid by Mexico. He said at the moment there were some 625,000 illegal migrants in the US, including Syrians and other refugees. However, soon after Trump’s speech, the Mexican president said they had not made any commitment to build and pay for the wall and they wouldn’t pay for it. Trump said there were around 2 million alien illegals in America who were involved in criminal activities across the country while carrying guns and other weapons. “The moment I come to office, they will be thrown out of the country. “We will do it and our police will have to do it for the safety of our people and to make America great once again,” he remarked.

He also announce to end the heavy taxes being imposed on US citizens while announcing that there would be an end to “tax and release” and people would be happy. He once again spoke against Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton while saying she used to criticise his policies but she lacked any policy on the illegal immigrants and alien criminal present in America.

Later, Trump told the media that he and his host president in Mexico did not clearly discuss the cost of the multibillion-dollar wall project — a statement that the Mexican president did not contest while alongside Trump. But he quickly said on Twitter that the wall came up, and there was no way Mexico would be paying. “At the start of the conversation with Donald Trump, I made it clear that Mexico will not pay for the wall,” Peña Nieto tweeted.

Soon after wall controversy, Democrats came down harsh on him while saying it proved that he could not build his image as a great dealmaker. “Trump just failed his first foreign test. Diplomacy isn’t as easy as it looks,” Hillary Clinton tweeted.
