KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has issued notices on Thursday to Director General (DG) Rangers Sindh, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh and others to submit report in a missing persons’ case.

A two member’s bench headed by justice Irfan Saadat Khan heard the case. Advocate of the applicant argued that his clients, “Qamar Kahn and his son Bakht Munir hailing from Pak colony are missing since long, they were arrested from Mangho pir, Qamar was released after few days but there are no traces of Bakht Munir till now , the court had ordered the Police to form an investigation committee to look into matter but concerned authorities are doing nothing “.

In another missing persons’ case advocate of the applicant said that his clients Tariq 20, and Bilal were arrested in 2013 but none of the law enforcement agencies have declared their arrest.

The court ordered to establish a Joint Interrogation Team (JIT) to investigate about the relative issues and have summoned the DG Rangers, IGP Sindh and others on 26th September to submit a complete report on the matters.
