Police arrest parents of kidnapped girl

ISLAMABAD: An eight year old girl who was kidnapped from Kachchi Abadi Maskin colony sector G-8/4 Islamabad two months back has not been recovered so far and Police have on the other hand registered case of kidnapping against the parents of the abducted girl. Nasim Bibi, wife of Younus Masih had filed application in police station Karachi Company on June 22, for registration of case in respect of kidnapping of her daughter. Nasim Bibi had taken plea in her application that she was present in her home on June 22, at when Imtiaz Masih, Viki Masih, Rashid Masih and Wasim Masih attacked her home with arms. “My clothes were torn off and I was subjected to sexual assault by them”, she stated. The assailants took away her eight year old daughter who was playing outside her home and they stole away six tola jewellery and cash amounting to Rs 50,000. Police reached the scene and took her with them by covering her body with sheet of cloth, she held. She told Daily Times that police registered case of rape and kidnapping against her and her husband rather than taking any action against the culprits. “My husband obtained bail from district court”, she said. Police have not recovered my kidnapped daughter despite lapse of two months, she further said. “Sub Inspector Abdul Sattar of Karachi Company Police Station is consoling us that our daughter is safe wherever she is and she will be back soon”, she added.
