Karachi Police arrest four gangsters from Lyari

KARACHI: A police team on Friday conducted a raid in Lyari area of the metropolis and nabbed four gangsters.

According to SSP City Police Station Faizullah Korejo, a police team raided a Lyari area and apprehended four gagsters. Police recovered four pistols, 670 sub-machine gun bullets and a hand grenade from their possession. “Two of the arrested gangsters, Zubair Baloch and Owais alias Dada have been commanders of Baba Ladla group, and they used to take extortion money from Karachi to Iran,” Korejo claimed.

He further said that other two arrested suspects, Aqib and Faizan, were the members of Sunny Tehreek and they used to send extortion money to Muscat.

Moreover, Ring leader of an inter-provincial robbery gang Ahmed Ali Khan escaped from police custody. He was arrested from Keamari area of Karachi on 31st August while looting people.
