ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif invited Turkish entrepreneurs for exploring the possibility to enter into Pakistan financial, manufacturing, infrastructure and energy sectors.
He was talking to Foreign Economic Relations Board Turkey (DEIK) Chairman Omer Cihad Vardan on Friday who is visiting Pakistan for Business Roundtable event organised as follow up of the recent visit of the Punjab chief minister to Turkey.
Nawaz said that Pakistan and Turkey have lent support to each other in difficult times throughout history. The goodwill and friendship of the Turkish people toward Pakistan was recently underscored by the unprecedented welcome accorded to the Punjab chief minister during his visit to Turkey.
Vardan appreciated the leadership provided by the Prime Minister in forging ever stronger ties between the two countries. The prime minister said that Pakistan and Turkey are brotherly countries with a common history and they should make it a priority to strengthen their relations in every aspect.
