Wi-tribe customers face an unusually long maintenance shutdown

Lahore: Wi-tribe customers face an unusually long maintenance shutdown of the internet services from the past five days.

Most of the people complaint that wi-tribe help line (111-187-423) stays engaged most of the time and if they place an order, sales department forgets to contact them even after months.

Some customers told Daily Times that the company was suspending its internet service often over the last few dyas. They asked for intervention by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority for safeguarding consumer interest.

The customers further informed that the customer service in wi-tribe is almost non-existent. The earliest they ever take notice of any problem is 6 days.

It was also reported that almost the entire Lahore network was off line. However, it was assured that connectivity would be restored soon.
