Mardan suicide bomber was Afghan national: report

PESHAWAR: A police investigation report about suicide attack on district courts Mardan has pointed out that the bomber, aged 30 to 35, was an Afghan national. According to report, the suicide bomber approached the district courts on foot and was armed with hand grenade and a suicide vest having 8 kilogrammes of explosive material. The ball bearings and shrapnel were also attached to the explosive material to incur maximum damage, while the body parts of the suicide attacker have been sent for DNA test for further investigation, the report said.
