ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has issued another notice to Joint Investigation Team (JIT) member Irfan Mangi, telling him to submit his reply.
The notice, which was issued by Deputy Chairman NAB Imitiaz Tajwar on Monday, asked the respondent to submit a reply in the next 15 days.
The notice stated that Mangi had been given the last opportunity to defend himself. The NAB’s representative in the JIT has been given the opportunity to respond in light of Supreme Court’s ruling, the notice added.
On June 17, Irfan Mangi had submitted a reply to the first show-cause notice issued to him by NAB.
The JIT member, in the reply, requested NAB to keep the show-cause notice pending or withdraw it until the investigation was complete.
