ISLAMABAD: The Public Accounts Committee will discuss the issue of Panama leaks today (Thursday). Sources told daily times that PAC would meet opposition leader Khursheed Ahmad Shah at parliament house on a single point agenda: the Panama leaks. PAC issued notices to the finance secretary, the State Bank governor, the federal board of revenue chairman, the security and exchange commission chairman, DG FIA and NAB officials to ensure their presence in the committee today. The Parliamentary body ordered all above departments to provide working papers to all the members of PAC at least three days before the meeting. PTI members will raise serious objections to not initiate any formal investigations of the scandal while government members have been directed to defend the prime minister and his family in the meeting.
