Officially dangerous

Author: Daily Times

Sir: According to the London Intel Centre’s list of top 10 most dangerous countries, Pakistan has managed to find a spot at 8th rank. How shameful it is for us to be ranked amongst the most dangerous countries in the whole world. A country that was made in the name of the most peaceful religion has been ranked as one of the most dangerous countries.

No doubt we have produced people like Benazir Bhutto, Malala Yousufzai and Dr Abdus Salam, but we are still a long way from peace. Terrorists have managed to put fear in the heart of every single Pakistani. Due to the scourge of terrorism, even cricket is banned in our country. It is important that we do our best to present the unseen side of Pakistan to the world, which is vibrant, peaceful and promising.
