National Junior Age Group Squash Championships

PESHAWAR: The National Junior Age Group Boys and Girls Squash Championships will commence under the aegis of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Squash Association at PAF Hashim Khan Squash Complex here from September 19. Former world champion Qamar Zaman told media that all arrangements for the smooth conduct of the National Under-13 and Under-15 Junior Age Group Squash Championship had been finalised. Qamar, who is also vice president of the Pakistan Squash Federation, said that leading players from the country would take part in the championship. “The championships are actually part of the PSF’s yearly calendar. The aim of holding the age groups tournament is to provide much needed exposure to upcoming youngsters who are associated with squash throughout the country,” Qamar added.
