We were served a total of four meals. Breakfast Pizza (Rs 850), Hashbrown Stacker (Rs 650), Desi Platter (Rs 800), Custard Lava French Toast (Rs 795) and Americano (Rs 325) as well as a Cappuccino (Rs 350).
STRENGTHS — the Breakfast Pizza is worthy of a special mention as it was the first time I was trying out something like that. It was a pizza like a normal one, only topped with four fried eggs, sunny side up. The eggs were done just the way I like them; a runny yolk and medium done. The pizza was thin crust, crispy, flavourful and cheesy. If one has to have them separate, it was the best thing ever.
Considering Ganache means a whipped filling of chocolate and cream, used in confectioneries such as cakes and truffles, the restaurant should really change its name, as it offers much more than desserts, that is really good food.
One has to hand it over to the way the team presents its food. Special attention has been paid to how the meal platters are served, which is truly a work of art. The desi and the western breakfasts are divided into a noticeably pleasant serving style; the former in a steel thaali and the latter in ceramic plates with a dash of modernity.

Ganache has become a fabulous place to sit, have a nice thin crust pizza and eggs, with a cup of hot, simmering coffee, all the while enjoying the stunning view of the heart of Gulberg, rubbing shoulders with fellow foodies and sharing a laugh with friends and family.
WEAKNESSES — it’s how I mentioned earlier, the Breakfast Pizza was delicious only if the eggs and the pizza are to be had separate. A fried egg on top of cheesy pizza is a big no and reason enough that an experiment like that has never happened before.
The Hashbrown Stacker came across as a confused merger of a Spanish omelette with hashbrowns; the taste seemingly confusing us too and not quite settling well on our buds.
The Custard Lava French Toast was dry and the combination of it with vanilla ice cream did not sit too well.
