KARACHI: A traffic Jam was witnessed on Thursday evening due to security protocol convoy of Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

He was visiting Malir areas and villages as part of celebrations of his 28th birthday. He was a given warm welcome by a large number of workers who had set up party reception camps at various locations of Malir, Quaidabad, and Razakabad.

The convoy of around 40 vehicles blocked both sides of the roads from Malir to National Highway, which resulted in heavy traffic jam. Bilawal visited Lashari village, Jaam Kando, Wali Mohammed village, Saleh Mohammed village, Jaam and Memon village, and Hashim Khaskheli.

However, Bilawal expressed dissatisfaction over the encroachment and the dilapidated condition of National Highway from Malir to Port Qasim Industrial Zone.

PPP on Wednesday celebrated Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s 28th birth anniversary in the province. He had planned to celebrate his birthday with poor and orphan children in simplicity.
