SUJ demands release of journalists

SUKKUR: Large number of journalistic community protested in front of press club sukkur here on Tuesday. Sukkur Union of Journalists (SUJ) with the affiliation of the Sukkur Press Club Sukkur condemned the region police to lodge cases against the reporters of print as well as electronic media. The SUJ demands immediate withdrawal of all the false cases against journalists and assurance of the safe and secure working situation. According to the president of Sukkur Union of Journalist (SUJ) Jawed Memon and senior member of PFUJ Lala Asad Pathan demanded of the Chief minister and IG Sindh to release all the journalist to have been booked only due to write straightforwardly without any dictation.
