First coronavirus isolation ward set up in Sehwan

Syed Abdullah Shah Institute of Medical and Health Sciences Sehwan established an isolation ward for the patients of coronavirus on Sunday. Following the special directives of Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and Minister for Health Dr Azra Pechoho, Dr Moeenuddin Siddiqi, the director of Syed Abdullah Shah Institute of Medical and Health Sciences Sehwan, established the isolation ward.

Talking to the media at the inauguration ceremony Dr Siddiqi said that doctors and trained paramedical staff had been deployed at the coronavirus isolation ward at the Syed Abdullah Shah Institute of Medical and Health Sciences Sehwan. He said that the isolation ward for protection of patients of coronavirus had been established as a preventive measure.

However, it is first an isolation ward for coronavirus established at Sehwan, having trained staff and doctors, besides full equipment and medicines.
