She said the government was committed to recover every single penny plundered by the corrupt politicians and elements. She said this while talking to the newsmen here at Sialkot on Sunday.
She said everyone will have to face the ruthless accountability for corruption, as there was no relief for them. She said no one could escape from the accountability.
She said massive corruption by the corrupt politicians had badly paralyzed the system in the country, which was being rectified now by the government in the larger national interest.
She said there were many challenges being faced by the government to bring direly needed reforms and betterment in this system. She said there was status quo system being run in the country for the last 72 consecutive years.
Dr Firdous said that government was making hectic efforts to ensure the rule of law and justice in the country, as this step was vital now for national development and prosperity. She said the corrupt politicians used law for their personal gains in the country in past. She said no one was above the law.
She said Prime Minister Imran Khan was successfully honouring his promises and political commitments, besides, giving maximum financial relief to the common people as well.
Dr Firdous said that PM’s struggle against corrupt system and corrupt elements has now entered into its final phase and his dream of “Corruption-free Pakistan” will come true.
She said all those who made precious assets through the unfair means will have to face the ruthless accountability and there will be no relief for them in any shape.
She said the corrupt mafia tried to create hurdles to cover its massive corruption, as the mafia considered that they will be sent behind the bars if Prime Minister Imran Khan got succeeded in his anti-corruption agenda.
The SAPM said the corrupt and national wealth plunderers are coming out from the jails after getting relief in shape of the bails being granted to them by the courts.
She said the government knew about the nexus of the corrupts, who tried to create flour and sugar crisis in the country. She said the government was well aware of this nexus, which tried to create artificial shortage of flour and sugar in the country. She said the corrupt elements invested their black money in creating crisis of shortage of flour and sugar in the country after facing hurdles in way of making their plundered black money into white money.
She said government was strengthening the national institutions for national prosperity. She said the journey of enlightened, moderated and peaceful new Pakistan was going ahead day by day successfully.
Replying to a question regarding conversion of PML-N Ishaq Dar’s residence into a shelter home, Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said that this step was taken for giving the people’s resources back to the people.
She said palace was built up with the national wealth plundered by the Ishaq Dar. She said now the actual inhabitants have reached this palace converted into shelter house by the government for the poor, oppressed and deserving people.
