Minister vows justice to woman disheartened by ‘corrupt’ KP govt

ISLAMABAD: Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage, Pervaiz Rasheed has assured justice on Monday to woman who was apparently abandoned by PTI after she gate crashed Imran Khan’s media address last month crying for help.

While addressing the media today in the federal capital, the woman stood next to the federal minister who informed the journalists that her issue would now be taken care of by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz.

Censuring Khan’s politics and his tall claims of justice and supremacy of merit in PTI-led Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Rasheed demanded off him to prove that the people had access to justice there.

He claimed that there was nothing in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa that had changed for the better after PTI came to power and the party leader, Imran Khan was lying to the entire nation.

Khan had stormed out of a press conference on August 3 after a woman, reportedly an employee of the Education Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, protested in front of the media and claimed that corrupt officers in her department had filed a bogus First Information Report against her.
