NEW DELHI: Amid rising slogans against Pakistani actors working in India, there comes a news that one of the most popular faces Fawad Khan has secretly left India and moved back to his home country, Pakistan.

According to Hindustan Times.com, MNS has been targeting all the Pakistani artistes and Fawad being the most popular one has been at the receiving end largely, so he flew out to Pakistan.

The report quotes a source from Karan Johar’s production house as saying, “Fawad was not required here as he has finished all his work on the film. He went back to Pakistan as his wife is due to deliver their second child in September.”

Karan Johar’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ starring Fawad Khan as one of the pivotal characters is facing trouble as MNS has vowed not to let the film screen this Diwali.

MNS has given ultimatum to the Pakistani artistes in the wake of deadly Uri attacks in Indian-held Kashmir which took away the lives of 18 Indian army personnel.

Fawad Afzal Khan is a Pakistani actor and singer. As a singer, he was one of the members of the band Entity Paradigm, an alternative rock band based in Lahore. Their debut album ‘Irtiqa’ was released in 2003, but the band was dissolved in 2007.
