Campaign against wall-chalking launched

MIRPURKHAS: Sher Afzal Khan Welfare Foundation Pakistan, a branch of Australian Multicultural Charity Australia, has launched a campaign against wall-chalking on the direction of CEO Sher Adzal Khan, SK Foundation. People have been requested to cooperate with SK foundation staff, volunteers for erasing wall-chalking in the Mirpurkhas city, a spokesman Aslam Qureshi said on Wednesday. At least 50 volunteers have been appointed in different groups and area wise for the purpose. These groups have started erasing wall-chalking in different city areas, including Satellite Town, New Town, Bhansinghabad, Gharibabad, Muhajir colouny, Hirabad. This campaign will continue till full cleaning of Mirpurkhas city’s walls. A passerby said this is good step but firstly create awareness not to write on walls for nothing there are more ways to advertise.
