The Indian Army has denied any such reports that say Uri Brigade Commander K Somashanker has been ‘shifted out’ in relation to Uri attacks in Jammu and Kashmir on September 18.
Earlier, PTI had reported that Uri Brigade Commander K Sonashanker had been ‘shifted out’ of the sensitive brigade. Four Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorists had attacked the rear facility of army brigade headquarters in Uri killing 19 Indian soldiers. One soldier succumbed to his injuries on Friday.
