RAWALPINDI: The management of Rawalpindi Medical College (RMC) has handed over the matters of establishment to three inexperienced, uneducated grade–IV employees due to which the all the affairs of administration have become suspicious. The sources told Daily Times that management of the college has sidelined four senior clerks and in their place they deputed Class-IV staffers on important slots. The administration of the college made a daftary, Shahzad Masih in-charge of all the affairs relating to the employees working in BPS-1 to BPS-15, whereas matters regarding to officers of the college including faculty members working in BPS-16 to BPS-20 were given to a telephone operator Maula Dad, who is just middle pass. Moreover, a Chowkidar (watchman) of the RMC was assigned the task of the dak seat. As the inexperienced workers with low education are performing the duties, the service books of the staff of RMC were not completed for the last three years, whereas in spite of up-gradation the entry in the service record of almost 40 Grade–IV employees could not be made yet.
