ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday reserved its decision in a plea seeking to make relevant videos, pictures and messages part of the record in Barrister Fahad Malik murder case.
Justice Noorul Haq Qureshi heard the case filed by Raja Arshad a central accused in the case. Shalimar Police Station’s station house officer (SHO) produced record comprising messages and pictures in the court.
During the course of proceeding, the counsel for Raja Arshad argued that the murder incident occurred near Shalimar Police Station and no video record was so far presented in this regard. He requested that the court to make the video clips related to the incident as part of the case record.
He said that the record related to the incident was showing that his client was not involved in the murder incident. He further claimed that the finger prints of his client Raja Arshad also didn’t match with the prints on weapon of offence. After hearing the arguments, the court reserved decision on the plea.
