The 68th Mr Lahore bodybuilding competition was organized by Lahore Bodybuilding Association, which took place at the University of South Asia (USA), Cantt Campus, on the 5th of January 2020. Hamza Ahmed Alvi won the title of Mr USA 2020. Hamza Alvi shared his thoughts after winning the completion and said, “The competition was a great platform to promote this sport among youngsters and motivate university students. I would like to give to all the youngsters out there wanting to take this sports professionally is that a good physique is not built in overnight, it takes years of hard work and dedication but it can be done without the use of steroids. Work hard and be patient, and say no to drugs”.
