BAHAWALPUR: The Bahawalpur Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) on Monday announced the names of position holders in annual matriculation exam 2017.
BISE Chairman Rana Masood Akhter announced the names of position holders in a press conference at its office.
According to results, Maryam Abdul Jabbar of Sir Syed Girls High School Hasilpur, Rahama Mazhar of Fauji Foundation Girls Model School Bahawalnagar and Muhammad Umar of Jinnah City Boys School Hasilpur stood first by securing 1,081 marks.
Fatain Khan Lodhi of Sadiq Public Girls Higher Secondary School Bahawalpur, Hamsa Fatima of National Garrison Girls School Rahim Yar Khan and Faiza Fatima of FFC Girls Model School Sadiqabad bagged second position by securing 1,079 marks.
The third position was shared by Mehtab Afazal of Sir Syed Public High School Chishtian and Amana Asif of Beaconhouse School System Sadiqabad. Both of them secured 1,078 marks.
