The City and Rijas developmental agreement was formalized in Dubai at the Head Office of Rijas Aces between Kashif Shahzad – President, Rijas Aces Property and Aurangzeb Firoz – CEO, The City School Group. The agreement entails the construction of multiple residential, commercial and mixed-use projects within Pakistan with the first project starting as early as the beginning of 2020 in Karachi and Lahore.

This agreement officiates the development of over a million square feet in Pakistan and with the expertise of Rijas Aces, the City and Rijas developments will add to the significant growth of internationally competitive projects within Pakistan – setting the bar high. Building on the legacy of The City School Group, this agreement is aimed to welcome, efficient, high-tech and affordable options with its own distinctive personality, embracing the culture and character of the local community.

City and Rijas developments are expected to provide numerous one-stop solutions in multiple cities across Pakistan in the form of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects that will be completed within the next 10 years. The development of the first project – The SMART Towers will start as early as the beginning of 2020 and is expected to be developed within 2 years.

The SMART Tower project is a high-end corporate tower in the central business centers in both Karachi and Lahore.
