Death toll in Hurricane Matthew rises to over 900

HAITI: In Haiti, the death toll in Hurricane Matthew has risen to over nine hundred.

According to media reports, Hurricane Matthew caused massive flooding and widespread power-outages and displaced tens of thousands people.

Meanwhile, the cyclone triggered mass evacuations in the United States along the coast from Florida through Georgia and into South and North Carolina.
