It is the great achievement as it is the First and largest / biggest LEED Gold Certified Core & Shell commercial Project in Pakistan. LEED certification is an official recognition that a project complies with the requirement prescribed within the LEED rating systems as created and maintained by the US Green Building Council (USGBC). The LEED certification program is administered by Green Business Certification Inc (GBCI) Based on the criteria, Askari Corporate Tower has been awarded 63 points.
