When this scribe visit to the THQ hospital Takhtbhai there were immense problems facing by the patients as there was no clean system in Out-door patients department (OPD) of the hospital while Labor Room and emergency department of the hospital lack basic facilities for the patients. In the hospital X-ray department has no plates to provide X-ray facilities to patients while the patients were compelled to do their x-rays from market with high rates. In the hospital there was a generator available but no fuel and maintenance made this machine useless while the doctors were doing surgeries and operations with mobile batteries in the evening shift.
