Imran Farooq murder case ATC to indict accused on 27th

ISLAMABAD: The Anti Terrorist Court (ATC) Islamabad on Thursday fixed October 27 to indict the accused allegedly involved in Imran Farooq murder case and issued summons to witnesses.

During the course of the hearing, the court directed authorities to produce the suspects including Khalid Shamim, Mohsin Ali and Moazzam Ali on next hearing. The court also directed the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to produce the witnesses of prosecution.

The ATC’s judge during the hearing has observed that at the commencement of trial against suspects, it would be decided to conduct the hearing of the case on daily basis with the consultation of counsels of parties. The decision of jail trial of suspects is also expected on next hearing.
