ISLAMABAD: Azad Jammu Kashmir President Masood Khan has said that strategic conflict is hazardous not only for India but entire globe also.

“War is not resolution of issues. Dialogue process is integral for the sustainable solution of longstanding Jammu Kashmir issue,” he said while talking to journalists. President Masood said that India cannot impose war on Pakistan as its relations with other countries were developing day-by-day.

India would not be succeeded its nefarious designs as Pakistan is a stable and strong nuclear state adding that conspiracies of India to isolate Pakistan globally would not be succeeded. “The people of the disputed state have determined not to accept any defeat and will never leave the slogan of freedom. Peace in South Asia cannot be established without the resolution of longstanding issue,” he added.

He said that people of Kashmir have determined not to accept Indian occupation and aggression at every cast after the martyrdom of freedom fighter Muzaffar Burhan Wani. A new wave of freedom has crippled Kashmir which has created new hope among the people.

He said that we want to make dialogue with India on Kashmir meaningful and result-oriented and in response India was going to sabotage the dialogue process adding that our peace policy should be considered our weakness. Pakistan would continue its diplomatic, moral and political support to India.

He appealed the international community to bring India to justice and atrocities be investigated. India has played a very negative role in postponing the SAARC conference. Talking about CPEC, he said that this project would be proved milestone in the economic development of the region as Chine has made investment worth billions of US dollar in Pakistan. This project would be completed in time at every cast.

Highlighting the Sino-Pak relations, he said that both the neighboring countries have brotherly relations with each other. The projects like energy, communication, infrastructure, airports and railways were being launched through the CPEC which would be benefitted for public between the period of 2018 and 2021.

“There are lots of natural and human resources in Azad Jammu Kashmir and its government should be self-sufficient”, the president concluded.
