Peach and its benefits

It belongs to northwest china. It is juicy fruit also known as nectarine. It relates with plums, apricot, cherries and almonds.

It have many nutrients such as, dietary fiber, low carbohydrate, vitamin A, C and E. Minerals such as, potassium, copper, manganese, and phosphorus.

One medium sized peach (5.4 ounces or 150 grams) provide approximately.

One peach contain 58 calories, 1 gram protein, less than 1 gram fat, 14 grams carbohydrates, 2 gram fiber, 17% of daily required vitamin C, 10% of daily required vitamin A, 8% of daily required potassium, 6% of daily required niacin, 5% of daily required vitamin E,K Copper and Manganese. Peach also provide smaller amounts of magnesium, phosphorus, iron, and B complex vitamins.

Fresh peaches have higher level of antioxidants and effective against oxidative damage than canned ones.

Peaches contribute to healthy digestion. Regularly eating peach promote heart health. It lowers the risk-factor for heart disease such as, high blood pressure and cholesterol level.

Peaches help to keep skin healthy by moisturizing and improving skin texture. Peach helps to prevent Ultra-Violet damage remove dark circles and wrinkles. Peach also used in anti-aging masks to apply on skin. Peach skin and flesh are rich in carotenoids and caffeic-acid and it prevents certain type of cancer.

A research show that peaches may help to reduce allergy symptoms by preventing the release of histamines in the blood. Peach enhance the immunity, protect against toxins, reduce sugar level.
