Villager gunned down

SHIKARPUR: A villager was shot dead at village Jamra over an old running dispute of Karo-Kari between two groups of Khosa clans, in the limits of Lakhi Ghulam Shah Police Statin, here on Friday.

According to an official, a few unidentified armed men belonging to Hussain Bux Khosa group stormed into the house of Riaz Ahmed Khoso, of 35, and opened straight fire on him and managed to escape after committing crime, which resulting, he sustained bullet wounds and he was transported to Civil Hospital Shikarpur for medical treatment where he succumbed to his injuries.

The body handed over to his heirs after conducting autopsy from Civil Hospital Shikarpur.
