After receiving a warm and welcoming response to ‘Dear Zindagi’ first teaser, the makers of the film have released a new poster that seizes a wonderful frame of Alia Bhatt and Shahrukh Khan, as they walk by the beach on a bright sunny day.

The beaming lights and their cheerful expressions speak of a light moment they just shared and the poster captures the radiant mood of the moment beautifully.

This is the story of Kaira, a budding cinematographer in search of a perfect life. A chance encounter with Jug, an unconventional thinker, helps her gain new perspective about life. She discovers that happiness is all about finding comfort in life’s imperfections.

‘Dear Zindagi’ has been helmed by the director of the critically acclaimed ‘English Vinglish’, Gauri Shinde and has been jointly produced by Gauri Khan, Karan Johar and Gauri Shinde under the banners of Red Chillies Entertainment, Dharma Productions, and Hope Productions respectively.

The film is slated to hit the cinemas on November 25.

Gauri Shinde is an Indian ad-film and feature film director. Shinde featured in the Financial Times 2012 list of ’25 Indians To Watch’. She also featured on Rediff’s list of ‘Bollywood’s 5 Best Directors of 2012.’ Her husband R Balki is the director of acclaimed films such as Cheeni ‘Kum’ and ‘Paa’.
