Quetta carnage is incompetency of govt: politicians

KARACHI: The politicians have termed the Quetta massacre as the failure of government and have said that when ever the government faces trouble, the country goes into devastating unrest.

The chairman Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that good and bad terrorist policy must be abandoned. In a statement Bilawal said that it is the war of National sovereignty, which can only be won by national unity. He was of the view that National Action Plan (NAP) should be implemented according to its sprit in this regard a parliamentary committee must be constituted. It’s time to eradicate terrorism along with their facilitators.

Nusrat Sahar Abbasi, member of the Sindh Assembly from Pakistan Muslim League Functional (PML-F) said that it has been established now that the civilian governments are incompetent to run the country smoothly. While talking with Daily Times she said that unless ruthless accountability is not implemented, peace could not be restored.

Amir Jamait-i-Isalami Sindh chapter Mairaj ul Huda Siddiqui has said Quetta blood shed is an attempt to fail NAP but it has also exposed the failure and in competency of the government. In his stament Siddiqui said that the government has not learnt from the previous bomb blasts in Quetta Civil Hospital in which several peoples including lawyer leaders were killed. “when ever the federal government faces political pressure bomb blasts or other sorts of terrorist attacks take place which is a question mark, it should be investigated on point also” he added.

The Pak Sarzamin Party (PSP) chief sayed Mustafa Kamal in his statement said that the law enforcement institutions and peoples of Pakistan are at the same page on the National Cause. He said that our forces have the capacity to defeat external and internal terrorists and they will. Kamal expressed his heart felt condolence with the families of martyrs and those who have been injured in the blast.
