Landlord, his men humiliate two teachers at Mandhro school

HYDERABAD: Two female teachers of Mitha Khan Mandhro School were abused and humiliated by village’s landlord Umar Mandhro and his son. Zaibunissa Jakhro and Afroz Gul Khaskheli were first verbally abused by the landlord and then his men dragged them out of the school and the village. The landlorfd became infuriated when the teachers complained him about his cattle, damaging playground of the school. Later, both the teachers visited the Tahsil Education Officer of Badin to lodge a complaint against the landlord, but the office did not cooperate. The victim teachers informed journalists that they would file a petition in the court of law if they were not provided justice by the Tahsil Education Officer. They said that their lives were in danger and they couldnot go back to the village.
