Earlier on June 12 the Judicial Commission of Pakistan headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Nisar had recommended the names of the three judges for their appointment in SHC on permanent-basis to the Parliamentary Committee on Judges Appointment for its approval. Following the committee’s approval, the federal law ministry issued a notification to this effect.
