Regarding local reorganisation of the party a detailed discussion was made and Butt invited the chairman to visit Gujranwala to address the workers’ convention.
Bilawal accepted the invitation and desired to meet the party workers personally. Progress report of party’s Gujranwala chapter was also presented to the PPP chairman. He appreciated the efforts of the local designates and stressed to highlight the local issues for their solutions.
Bilawal urged the party workers to make preparations for the upcoming local elections without wasting even a single moment. He also advised to let the youngsters lead the party from the front and to take benefit from the experience of the seniors. He resolved that to make Gujranwala fortress of the PPP again, and said that hard work was needed for the purpose.
