ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Thursday adjourned the hearing of NA-110 Sialkot election matter on the application of Khawaja Asif’s counsel Farooq H. Naek till November 8.
The case filed by Usman Dar against Election Tribunal decision was heard by a three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali.
During the course of proceedings, Farooq H. Naek, counsel for Defence Minister Khawaja Asif, appeared before the court and informed that he was on a leave due to Supreme Court Bar Association election. He pleaded that the court adjourned the hearing of the case.
Later, the court adjourned hearing on the application of Farooq H. Naek.
