KARACHI: Kerastase Pakistan, the most luxurious hair-care brand, brings their customers a brand new concept by empowering the beauty advisers ie the beauticians.

Kerastase enables its clients to nourish their hair with the best available treatments in the market at home and at select salons.

These products are only available at the very exclusive, top salons of the country. At these salons you will find the Kerastase ambassadors who are professionally trained by Kerastase Paris as hair artisans trained in the art of providing hair problem solutions, hair styling, massage therapies and etiquette on client protocol.

This programme is the biggest-ever beauty adviser program in the country with 94 ambassadors nationwide. By doing so, the company has introduced a new benchmark in the salon industry.

Speaking on this occasion, General Manager for Division of Professionel Products Salman Amjad said, “L’Oreal Professionel Pakistan is dedicated to consistently improving consumer experiences in salons nationwide via the most effective products, standards and mainly education. Kerastase is a hallmark of excellence. Since the day it was launched three years ago, till today, it embodies excellence and perfection. To roll out the biggest beauty adviser programme in the country was only a natural next step. Clients should expect only and only the most top notch behaviour from their A-list salons. We partner with them in every which way to make this a possibility.”

Adding to Salman Amjad’s exemplary vision, Ayesha Bilal Yar Khan, Kerastase and Salon Emotion Manager for Pakistan added, “Client experience is the heart of Kerastase Pakistan. The products are unmatched in terms of quality and results and how they can achieve hair miracles. We are now completely focused on developing staff to ensure that you can experience a luxurious immersion at your salon and not just a hair service. All our ambassadors are trained for protocol, products and massage therapies. A proper blend of all three, ensures that they can perform miraculous treatments that fix your hair after the first ritual. We see no end to consistently achieving excellence and top notch standards. Launching the biggest salon beauty adviser programme in Pakistan is just one of our integral steps.”

Present on location was Kerastase Key Account Manager and educator Sara Sarfraz who added, “My entire focus is to develop the salon staff. We want the staff to be second to no other in the world.”
