Naval chief visits Turkish Navy ship at Karachi port

KARACHI: Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah Thursday visited the Turkish Navy ship TCG Buyukada at the Karachi port

The naval chief held a detailed discussion on professional matters with Turkish Mission commander and appreciated operational competence of the Turkish Navy. Speaking on the occasion, the naval chief said that the Pak-Turk friendship was highly valued and strong momentum of cooperation between the two navies was a symbol of good relations between the two countries.

The naval chief also interacted with the officers and crew onboard the TCG Buyukada. The admiral was also briefed about the details of joint exercises to be conducted by the Pakistan Navy and the visiting Turkish ship out at sea.

Earlier, The TCG Buyukada arrived in Karachi on Wednesday on a goodwill visit.
