Adnan Siddiqui pays homage to Pakistani soldiers

Actor Adnan Siddiqui has paid tribute to Pakistani soldiers with a musical rendition of late singer Noor Jahan’s song on Monday.

The 50-year-old actor took to Instagram to thank our soldiers for their services. “Aye rahe Haq ke shaheedon… this song by Noor Jahan Begum always brings tears to my eyes. The selfless service our soldiers do is beyond imagination,” he wrote. He thanked the soldiers on behalf of the entire country.

Shahwar from ‘Meray Paas Tum Ho’ dwelled on the sacrifices these soldiers make for our homeland. He went on to pay gratitude to the soldiers by playing Noor Jahan’s song trough his flute

Talking about the importance of their job he said, “It’s a thankless job, I don’t know how many of us realise that we’re living in peace because of our soldiers guarding the nation day and night.”

He concluded by saluting every personnel and wrote, “Come hail, come storm they never step back from fulfilling their duties and keep our flag flying high.”
