APCA Sindh Chairman Maqbool Ahmed Mahar, Shamshad Dayo, Abdul Kareem Bugti and other addressed the meeting about the problems of clerk community. They stated that doctors, teachers and officers of each department had been awarded with their due promotion while clerks were denied their rights for the last 30 years. They further stated that despite 30 posts of 17 grades office superintendents are vacant all over the province for some time, the senior clerks were not being upgraded above the post of office superintendents which they termed as a sheer injustice with the clerical community.
