Another woman falls prey to karo-kari in Sindh

A man killed his wife over the notorious tradition of karo-kari in village Waris Dino Machhi near Ratodero on Saturday. Saeed Brohi opened fire on his wife, Zar Khatoon, aged 45, and a man, Salah Brohi, aged 46, over the notorious tradition of karo-kari in village Waris Dino Machhi near Ratodero in district Larkana, leaving them injured. The injured were shifted to a local hospital for treatment. But while being referred to Larkana for further treatment, the woman succumbed to her injuries. The police said that incident happened over the karo-Kari issue. Further investigation is underway.
