CPO distributes 18,000 new uniforms among cops

RAWALPINDI: Rawalpindi Police personnel have been given new uniforms.

The Central Police Office has distributed approximately 18,000 uniforms among police personnel. Two uniforms each have been to every policeman.

An official order to wear the new uniform from July 1 has been issued. However, new shoes have not provided to policemen so far.

City Police Officer (CPO) Israr Ahmed Abbasi said that new uniforms had been distributed among some 18,000 personnel.

He said that the policemen had been directed to start wearing the new uniforms from July 1st, 2017.
