The medical waste beside the hospitals are destroying the cleanliness due to which people are suffering a lot when there was a visit to a Abbasi Shaheed hospital three garbage dumps were found beside walls of hospitals which is undoubtedly shocking.

Metropolis is suffering and the collective efforts can be reduce this waste menace and make Karachi beautiful and clean.
